The FindTrue Coaching Philosophy
We are wired for connection and meaningful action, but we don't always know how to get there.
Our essential operating instructions get buried under a blizzard of optional programming. We are lured off course by the endless demands and distractions of everyday life, or the alluring (and misguided) siren call of a single, "correct" path. Still...there's a beacon calling us home.

When we discover our innate guidance system and unique nature, we reclaim the most important tools for navigating effectively, powerfully, even joyfully, no matter what lies in store. We cast off unnecessary constraints and chart a course toward personal success, meaningful connection and service to a human ecosystem that is nourishing and equitable for all.
You have something unique to offer this human project and we need it now. So investing in yourself, becoming the captain of your own ship, isn't selfish, it's self-FULL, and even self-LESS. It's also wicked fun.
Ultimately, this is an inside job, but we often fare better with a trusted companion or guide. I delight in making space for you to find your way home -- find what's you, release what's not you, and offer your gifts to a waiting world. I can offer insight, clarity and warm, steady support.
